Elizabeth Keller, PhD (Principal Scientist):  Dr. Keller and her team specialize in working with academia and industry in developing qualitative study designs, conducting focused group discussions, and carrying out in-depth interviews. Her work has improved healthcare decision-making across different specialties.

Leon Richards, PhD (Principal Scientist): Dr. Richards and his team specialize in data analyses employing various existing computer-assisted qualitative data analytical tools. Dr. Richards' team help researchers enhance their analytical efficiency at applying, retrieving, and storing the codes. This enhances the research team's ability to edit and revise codes, which allow for more effective work sharing, peer review, data examination, and analysis of large datasets.

Alison Cantrell, PhD (Principal Scientist): Dr. Cantrell and her team specialize in mixed methods and qualitative data analyses. Dr. Cantrell's team aids researchers in managing, coding, and analyzing qualitative data. Her prior experience with qualitative research analyses was focused on social media data analyses, interviews or focus group transcripts and open-ended questions from surveys. 

Sara Williamson, PhD (Principal Scientist): Dr. Williamson and her team focus on recursivity of research design. Her team helps investigators who are interested in exploring how data can be collected repeatedly until one or more specific stopping conditions are met, reflecting a nonstatic attitude to the planning and design of research activities. Examples of this dynamism include when qualitative researchers may need to adapt their research design during a study, based on their first interim data analysis. Dr. Williamson's team can help investigators determine whether recursivity should be considered following interim analyses.
